From upload to saved order, everything you need to know about the Cieblink AI interface.
Upload the order form with Cieblink AI
Upload your order form and let AI do the rest
From your purchase order, click Import AI file. A dialog lets you choose between uploading from your computer or pulling from your project files.
Cieblink AI accepts Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, and photos of order forms. Once uploaded, it processes the file in the background and opens the Products Configuration screen with everything already filled in.
Note: When you click the button, the system may ask which manufacturer your import is from. Selecting it helps the AI process your file with fewer errors. This step is optional, but accuracy improves when the manufacturer is specified before importing. If the system doesn't prompt you for this, it means it doesn't need that information.

The Products Configuration screen shows your original file on the left. Lines are highlighted as you navigate the table on the right, you always know which row matches which line in the source document.
The AI has already filled in product, style, material, finish, grain, and dimensions. Review each row before saving.
Note : Once you close the preview, Cieblink remembers and it will stay closed on future imports. To reopen it, click the Preview tab on the left edge of the screen.
Grouped Actions
Fix or remove multiple lines at once
Select one or more rows using the checkboxes in the table, then open Grouped Actions to apply a change across your entire selection at the same time.

- Change product : The AI matched the wrong product. Switch to the correct one.
- Delete : Remove lines the AI added.
Same Configurations
Apply one recipe across multiple lines at once
Each order can have several configuration recipes: one for doors, one for drawer fronts, one for facades. When you need to update a recipe or apply it to multiple lines, Same configurations lets you do it in one click across your entire selection.
No need to go line by line. Select the rows, open Same configurations, choose the recipe, and apply.
AI Feedback
Tell us what the AI got wrong
At the bottom right of the configuration screen, click Feedback. Describe what the AI missed or got wrong: what it selected, what you expected, and what the order form said.
Every message is read by the Cieblink team and used to improve the AI directly.

Upload it directly into Cieblink AI using the Import AI file button. The AI reads the structure and configures automatically.

Fill in the door specifications and upload the completed form directly into Cieblink AI using the Import AI file button. The AI reads the structure and generates the full configuration automatically, no manual entry needed.
