Can I get started for free without a credit card?

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your Cieblink account. If you switch to an annual plan mid-cycle, the adjustment is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
What is the difference between monthly and annual plans?
The annual plan is billed in a single payment for 12 months at a reduced rate (Pro: $9/mo instead of $13, Premium: $99/mo instead of $125, Enterprise: $99/mo instead of $125). The monthly plan has no minimum commitment.
Does the Free plan give access to all network suppliers?
Yes. All plans, including Free, give access to all suppliers on the Cieblink network, including Commonwealth, Canmade Hardware, Berenson, Titanium, RH Doors, Fabridor and many other certified suppliers. The difference lies in the management tools, not in catalog access.
What is PIM in Cieblink?
PIM (Product Information Management) is a standardized product library. Suppliers publish their full catalogs there; manufacturers can download product information from multiple suppliers in one place. Available starting with the Premium plan.
Which software is supported for import in the Enterprise plan?
The Enterprise plan includes data import from Cabinet Vision, Microvellum and Mosaik. Integration is not included in the plan price and requires a separate onboarding process with the Cienapps team.
