Transforming Custom Cabinet Door Orders with Cieblink

Commonwealth Plywood Distribution is a key player in the distribution of materials for cabinetmakers and kitchen designers, operating seven branches across Quebec and Ontario.

The company wanted to simplify the ordering process for cabinet doors offered by various partner manufacturers. Orders sometimes took up to 48 hours and involved multiple steps and actors. Today, the process is faster and smoother, with information available instantly and fewer interventions required.

The objective: Enable customers to easily order their cabinet doors, in the right place, without friction, while improving internal management.

The project began with a comprehensive analysis of the needs and buying habits of Commonwealth Plywood Distribution’s clients. Together, we worked to:

Over five years, the total value of transactions that customers placed directly via the Cieblink platform increased significantly, with particularly strong growth for cabinet doors. Standard products also saw substantial progress, illustrating adoption of Cieblink and customer autonomy in the purchasing process.

At the end of 2024, we launched marketing campaigns in partnership with Commonwealth Plywood Distribution to encourage existing and new customers to place orders directly through Cieblink. These campaigns quickly generated customer-initiated transactions, demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing.
